摘要
目的检测白细胞介素-17(IL^(-1)7)和CD105在前列腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测34例前列腺癌组织和5例正常前列腺组织中IL^(-1)7和CD105的表达,并计数CD105标记的微血管密度(MVD),分析其在前列腺癌组织中的表达及与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果免疫组化染色结果表明IL^(-1)7蛋白主要表达于前列腺癌组织中的肿瘤细胞膜及细胞浆内,阳性表达率高于正常组织(82.35%vs 20.00%)。前列腺癌组织中MVD高于正常前列腺组织[(40.51±14.86)vs(19.55±7.55)](P<0.01)。IL^(-1)7阳性组的MVD高于阴性组(t=10.35,P<0.01)。IL^(-1)7蛋白表达和MVD与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 IL^(-1)7可能通过促进肿瘤血管形成参与前列腺癌的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of IL-17 and CD105 in prostate cancer and clinical significance. Methods The expression of IL-17 and CD105 was detected with two-step immunohistochemical staining technique in 34 cases with prostate cancer and 5 cases with Normal prostate and MVD marked with CD105 was also measured. The relationship between the expressions of IL-17 and MVD and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed. Results Immuno-staining and immunohistochemisty showed that the IL-17 was mainly expressed in tumor cell membrane and cytoplasm,and its positive expression rate was significantly higher in prostate cancer tissue than that in normal prostate(82.35% vs 20.00%). The MVD in prostate cancer was significantly higher than that in normal prostate[(40.51±14.86)vs(19.55±7.55)](P〈0.01).The MVD in IL-17 positive cases was significantly higher than that in IL-17 negative cases(t=10.35,P〈0.01).IL-17 and MVD were not related with age and lymphatic metastasis(P〈0.05),but they were related with tumor differentiation degree and clinical grades(P〉0.05). Conclusion IL-17 may participate in the development of prostate cancer by promoting tumor angiogenesis.
