巨噬细胞移动抑制因子及其受体CD74在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)及其受体CD74在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法和半定量反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测86例宫颈癌组织(63例无淋巴结转移,23例淋巴结转移)和21例正常宫颈组织中MIF、CD74蛋白及mRNA的表达并分析。结果 MIF、CD74mRNA在宫颈癌中的表达显著高于在正常宫颈组织中的表达(P<0.01),且在有转移的宫颈癌中的表达高于无转移的宫颈癌组织(P<0.01)。MIF及CD74在宫颈癌组织中的表达高于其在正常宫颈组织中的表达(P<0.01),且在宫颈癌转移组中的表达更高(P<0.01)。结论 MIF、CD74在宫颈癌的发生发展中起重要作用,且在促进宫颈癌转移中发挥及其重要的作用。 Objective To study the expression of MIF and its receptor CD74 and their significance in cervical cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC and scmiquantitative RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of MIF, CD74 and mRNA in specimens from 86 cervical cancer cases (63 without lymph node metastases and 23 with lymph node metastases) and 21 cases with normal cervical tissues. The results were analyzed. Results Expressions of MIF, CD74 and their mRNA in cervical cancer were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues (P〈0.01), and those in lymph node metastases group was higher than those without lymph node metastases (P〈0.01). Conclusion MIF and CD74 play an important role in the development of cervical cancer, and so they do in promoting lymph node metastases.
