摘要
以甘草饮片为原料,通过水煎煮,溶剂化法提取,用大孔树脂D 101分离,制备薄层纯化得到产物.将提取的产物进行抑菌性试验.结果表明,分离提取得草酸三钾盐、甘草酸、甘草总黄酮,70%乙醇提取甘草渣得甘草总黄酮,含量为18.4%,经抑菌试验确定甘草总黄酮有抑菌活性,甘草素、甘草查尔酮A为主要抑菌成分.
Glycyrrhiza was used as raw material and purified by water and the solvating method. The product waspurified by separation of macroporous resin D 101. The extracted product was tested for bacteriostasis. The resultsshowed that the content of total flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza was 18.4%,and the total flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza hadantibacterial activity. Liquiritigenin and Licochalcone A are the main antibacterial ingredients in Glycyrrhiza.
