摘要
目的:探讨中草药提取物对皖北地区分离的23株畜禽致病性大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。方法:采用水煎煮方法,分别提取单味中药板蓝根、蒲公英、甘草及复方中草药B、E有效部位,以琼脂扩散法分别测定其抑菌圈大小及最小抑菌浓度(MIC),考察每种提取物抑菌效果。结果:蒲公英提取物对4种禽源大肠杆菌有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径在10~15 mm,甘草对2种禽源大肠杆菌有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径小于10mm,复方B、复方E的水提物对6种猪源大肠杆菌有很好抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径在15~20 mm,对5种禽源大肠杆菌有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径在10~20 mm,蒲公英、复方B和复方E的最小抑菌浓度(MIC值)在0.031~0.063 g/m L。结论:单味中草药对猪源致病性大肠杆菌无抑菌作用,对禽源大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果;而复方中草药对部分畜禽大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌效果,对禽源大肠杆菌的抑菌效果优于单味中药且具有广谱性。
Objective: To explore the inhibition effect of the extraction of Chinese herbal medicine on 23 pathogenic E. coli strains of livestock in vitro,which were isolated from northern of Anhui. Methods: Effective ingredients of single medicine of isatis root,dandelion,liquorice and compound medicine of B and E are extrated by fried and boiled methods,then the inhibitory circle and minimal inhibition concentration( MIC) of Chinese herbal medicine are determined by agar dilution method. Results: The dandelion extraction could repress 4 strains of avian E. coli with the diameters of inhibition circle at 10 ~ 15 mm; liquorice could suppress 2 strains of avian E.coli,and the diameters of inhibition circle were less than 10 mm; while the liquid extraction of compound B and E possessed better inhibition functions for 6 strains of swine E. coli with the diameters of inhibition circle at 15 ~20 mm,and had some inhibition effect on 5 strains of avian E. coli with the diameter of 10 ~ 20 mm. Furthermore,the MIC of dandelion,compound B,and compound E to E. coli strains of livestock were at 0. 031 ~ 0. 063g/m L. Conclusion: These results indicated that single Chinese herbal medicine could not inhibit the pathogenicE. coli strains from swine,yet had certain inhibition for avian E. coli strains,and the compound medicine possessed better inhibition effect on partial E. coli strains of livestock,especially for the avian E. coli,with superior inhibition effect and extensive role than single Chinese medicine.
