摘要
基于资源依赖理论,以安徽省237家农民专业合作社为研究样本,实证分析核心成员整体政治联系与农民专业合作社绩效之间的关系,并进一步探讨核心成员不同类型政治联系对农民专业合作社绩效的作用。研究发现:核心成员整体政治联系与农民专业合作社绩效之间呈倒U型关系;核心成员党派类、委员类、荣誉类政治联系与农民专业合作社绩效并非呈倒U型关系,但核心成员党派类、委员类、荣誉类政治联系却显著正向影响农民专业合作社绩效;核心成员政府官员类政治联系与农民专业合作社绩效之间呈倒U型关系。
Based on the resource dependence theory,with 237 farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Anhui province taken as the research sample,the paper studies empirically the relationship between the political connections of core members and performance of the farmers＇ professional cooperative,and further explores the influence of the different political connections of core members on the performance of farmers＇ professional cooperative. The result shows that there exists an inverted U-shape relationship between the total political connections of the core members and performance of farmers＇ professional cooperative; the political connection of parties,committee members and honor of the core members does not show the inverted U-shaped relationship with the performance,but have significant positive impacts on performance; the political connection between government officials and the performance appears as an inverted U-shaped relationship.
