摘要
"一带一路"是习近平提出建设"新丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸路"的整体发展倡议,是合并起来的一个宏观工程,强调要把此项倡议落实和区域开发与开放结合起来。这是一个站在高度上的大项思考。目前所看到的研究,多数观点是站在多数民族的角度去思考与分析的,然而"一带一路"所经过的国内沿线区域多是民族地区,就少数民族角度讨论"一带一路"不可或缺。
Belt and Road Initiative（ BRI） is an overall development blueprint and integrated macro plan proposed by Xi Jinping for building the new Silk Road Economic Belt and 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road,which emphasized the combination of the BRI and regional exploitation and opening-up. The BRI is a sophisticated design standing from the high position. The most outcomes including journal articles and books,comprehend and analyze from the perspectives of majorities,yet few from ethnic minorities,although the Road more or less refers to the ethnic minorities＇ areas.
