摘要
基于功能性运动检测原理,以海军航空兵某团飞行员作为研究对象,对海军飞行员的身体功能性进行检测分析。研究发现:海军飞行员整体基本动作模式缺陷明显,运动伤病风险高;身体功能性结构不平衡缺陷突出;身体伤病的职业性特点突出;髋关节、膝关节及踝关节为身体运动功能薄弱环节。
This research based on the functionality training examination principle, taking the naval air force some group pilot as the object of study, by using utilization research techniques and so on examination law, mathematical method of average, analyzed the naval aviator^ body functionality motor function examination. The result of the research discovery is that the naval aviator whole ele-mentary action pattern flaw are obvious, the movement wounded and sick risk is high; The bodily fijnctionality structure not balanced flaw is prominent; The bcxiily wounded and sick professional characteristic is prominent; The coxa, the knee joint and the malleolus joint flexibility is the bodily movement function weak link.
