摘要
随着社会分工的日益细化,团队协同合作技能越来越受到就业单位的重视,也成为我国高等院校近年来教育改革的重要方向.基于本文作者在荷兰代尔夫特理工大学2011—2012年度担任助教的经历,从课程设置、授课情况等几方面,详细介绍了团队实践环节在该校基础课程中的授课情况.通过比较国内外在团队实践教育方面的异同,为我国高等教育基础课程设置的改革提供借鉴和参考.
Teamwork ability is now receiving increasing attention as the refined social labor division developed, which has become an important education reform direction in recent years. Based on the teaching assistant experiences of the author in Delft University of Technology from 2011- 2012, the teamwork education in the university foundation programs is briefly introduced from several points of view. By comparing the teamwork education both at domestic and foreign universities, this study may provide reference for the future education reform of the fundamental courses in the universities.
