摘要
运用博弈论,对知识团队知识分享困境的博弈机理进行分析。研究发现:帕累托均衡的分享知识量大于纳什均衡的分享知识量;当成员收益不同时,知识分享变成智猪博弈。最后从团队整体利益出发,给出克服知识分享障碍的相关建议。
Using game theory and analyzing game mechanisms of knowledge sharing dilemma in knowledge team, it could find that： sharing knowledge amount of Pareto Equilibrium is greater than that of Nash Equilibrium; when members＇ earnings are different, knowledge sharing would change into boxed pigs game. Finally, based on the whole interest of team, it gives related recommendations to overcome knowledge sharing barriers.
