摘要
目的:探讨心血管疾病与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的相关性。方法:收治阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者138例,按照病情严重程度分为轻度组、中度组和重度组。结果:中度组、重度组患者心血管疾病的发生率均高于轻度组(P<0.05)。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与心血管疾病的发生密切相关,且阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的病情越严重,心血管疾病的发生率就越高。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between cardiovascular disease and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:138 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were divided into the mild,moderate and severe groups according to the severity of the disease.Results:The incidence of cardiovascular diseases in the middle and the severe group was higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular disease,and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with increasing severity of the disease,the incidence of cardiovascular disease is higher.
