摘要
目的观察平肝化浊浴足方治疗1~2级原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将64例肝火亢盛夹痰浊型1~2级原发性高血压患者随机分为2组,即对照组及治疗组,每组各32例,试验结束后每组各脱落2例,每组各有效30例。2组均低盐饮食,适当运动,保持心情舒畅,根据病情给予扩张冠状动脉、抗血小板聚集、降脂等治疗,同时口服马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗。对照组30例加温水浴足,治疗组30例加平肝化浊浴足方浴足,均每晚1次,每次30 min,共治疗6个月。比较2组治疗前及治疗1、2、3、4、5、6个月中医证侯积分变化,统计比较2组治疗后血压疗效及中医证候疗效。结果 2组治疗后1、2、3、4个月中医证候积分均较本组前1个月明显下降,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗5、6个月后中医证候积分均较前1个月无明显变化(P>0.05)。2组组间比较显示,治疗前2组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、2、3、4、5、6个月治疗组低于对照组同期,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血压疗效及中医证候疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论平肝化浊浴足方能有效地降低1~2级原发性高血压患者的血压,改善其临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of foot-bathing decoction of Pinggan Huazhuo on the treatment of grade 1-2 essential hypertension. Methods 60 grade1-2 essential hypertension patients with liver-fire with turbid-phlegm type were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases each group. After the experiment,2 cases fell off in each group and 30 cases were effective in each group. The two groups were received low-salt diet,proper exercise and maintain good mood,and were given expanding the coronary artery,anti-platelet aggregation and lipid-lowering treatment according to the condition,oral administration of levamlodipine maleate tablets for basic treatment meanwhile. 30 cases in control group were treated by warm water for foot-bathing,30 cases in treatment group were treated by foot-bathing decoction of Pinggan Huazhuo,once a night and 30 min pertime for 6 months. The changes of TCM symptoms scores before and after treatment 1-（st） month,2-（nd） month,3-（rd） month,4-（th） month,5-（th） month and 6-（th） month were compared in two groups. The efficacy of blood pressure and TCM symptoms after treatment were evaluated and compared in two groups. Results Compared with after treatment 1-（st） month,the TCM symptoms scores after treatment 2-（nd） month,3-（rd） month,4-（th） month reduced in two groups,with statistical differences（ P〈 0. 05）,but there was obvious change among after treatment 1-（st） month,5-（th） month and 6-（th） month（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no statistical difference on TCM symptoms scores before treatment between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）,the TCM symptoms scores after treatment 1-（st） month,2-（nd） month,3-（rd） month,4-（th） month,5-（th） month and 6-（th） month in treatment group were lower than that in control group at the same period,with statistical differences（ P〈 0. 05）. There were statistical differences on the efficacy of blood pressure and TCM symptoms（ P〈 0. 05） between two groups,and which in treatment group were superior to that in control group. Conclusion Foot-bathing decoction of Pinggan Huazhuo can effectively reduce blood pressure of patients with grade 1-2 essential hypertension,improve its clinical symptoms.
