摘要
打造中国—东盟自贸区升级版将使得中国—东盟自贸区的贸易投资自由化和便利化水平得到极大提升,中越两国的贸易合作在中国—东盟自贸区升级版的背景下将会得到进一步的深入发展。分析中越两国在货物贸易、服务贸易和投资贸易的现状及问题,通过对中越两国经济开放程度和贸易强度指数指标的定量分析,发现中越两国双边贸易额在经济总量偏小的基础上贸易不平衡等问题加剧。提出中越两国应正视贸易逆差,平衡贸易发展,完善双方贸易口岸及互市点基础设施,增进双方政治互信等相关对策。
Development of updated version of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area undoubtedly contributes to great elevation of liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, and further in -depth China -Vietnam development of trade cooperation under the background of updated version of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. Analysis of the current situation and problems in commodity trade, service trade and investment trade between China and Vietnam and a quantitative analysis of eco-nomic opening level and trade intensity index in China and Vietnam shows that China -Vietnam bilateral trade volume witnesses trade imbalance on the basis of small overall economic volume. China and Vietnam should face up to unfavorable balance of trade, balance trade development, improve infrastructure of the bi-lateral trade ports and border trade and enhance political mutual trust.
