全自动清洗消毒器在医疗器械消毒中的应用效果 被引量：8

摘要 目的研究全自动清洗消毒器在医疗器械消毒中的应用效果。方法选取120件需要消毒的医疗器械作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和试验组,每组60件。对照组采用手工消毒的方式进行消毒,试验组采用全自动清洗消毒器进行消毒,对比分析两组清洗消毒时间、灭菌合格率及剩余细菌残留率。结果试验组清洗消毒时间和剩余细菌残留率均低于对照组,灭菌合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用全自动清洗消毒器对医疗器械进行消毒,能够节约时间、降低细菌残留率及提高灭菌合格率。
