摘要
目的探讨影响清洗质量的相关因素及清洗效果验证的方法。方法利用目测、ATP检测、清洗监测卡监测、温度验证及过程参数确认的方法,对清洗机程序的清洗效果进行验证。结果清洗剂浓度、清洗温度和时间对最终清洗效果产生影响;不同品牌清洗机使用同一清洗剂,达到合格清洗效果要求的浓度、温度、时间也可能不同;同一台清洗机使用不同清洗剂,达到合格清洗效果要求的浓度、温度、时间也可能不同;同一型号使用年限相同的老机器,使用同一清洗剂、同一程序,到达合格清洗效果要求的浓度、温度、时间也可能不同;新设备出厂验证设置与消毒供应中心实际情况不一致,清洗效果测试不合格。结论当清洗消毒器安装、更新、大修、更换清洗剂、清洗程序选择发生改变时需要对清洗效果进行检测;应加强清洗消毒机的日常管理和监测。
OBJECTIVE To explore the impact factors for the cleaning efficacy and the measure to verify the cleaning effect of the automatic washer-disinfectors. METHODS The cleaning effects of the procedures of the automatic washer-disinfector were verified by visual inspection, ATP determination, cleaning monitoring card, temperature verification, and process parameters determination. RESULTS The detergent concentration, cleaning temperature, and cleaning duration could impact the final cleaning effect. The different washer-disinfector with the same detergents varied in the concentration, temperature, and the duration to meet the qualified cleaning effect. The same wash-disinfectors with different detergents may varied in the concentration, temperature, and the duration to meet the qualified cleaning effect. The washer-disinfectors, with the same model, same procedure ,and same detergent, may vary in the concentration, temperature, and the duration to meet the qualified cleaning effect. The factory output verification settings of the newly devices were not exactly same as the CSSD, the cleaning effects were tested unqualified. CONCLUSION It is necessary to monitor the cleaning effect of the washer- disinfector upon its installation, major repairs, and the change of detergent or the cleaning procedure. The daily management and monitoring of the washer-disinfector should be strengthened.
