摘要
目的 :建立双料喉风散中龙脑的含量测定方法。方法 :以水杨酸甲酯作内标物 ,采用毛细管气相色谱法 :J&WDB Wax毛细管柱 (15m× 0 .5 3mm ,1μm)为分析柱 ,程序升温 ,不分流进样 ,FID检测器。 结果 :本法的平均回收率为 98.11% ,RSD为1.18% (n =5 ) ;测得本品含龙脑 15 .88% ,RSD为 0 .97% (n =5 )。结论 :采用本法测定龙脑的含量具有快速、准确、重现性好的特点 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a GC method for the determination of borneol in shuangliaohoufengsan. METHOD:Capillary gas chromatography was used. Chromatographic conditions were: J&W DB Wax capillary column(15m×0.53mm, 1μm); temperature programming; splitless injection; flame ionization detector(FID); methyl salicylate as internal standard. RESULTS:The average recovery of the method was 98.11%,RSD was 1.18%( n =5), the content of borneol in shuangliaohoufengsan was 15.88%, RSD was 0.97%( n =5). CONCLUSION:The method is rapid, accurate, of good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of the drug.
