摘要
轴类零(构)件在工作时承受着循环载荷,其失效形式主要是疲劳失效,因此,材料的抗疲劳性能显得尤为重要。本文利用旋转弯曲疲劳试验机对水轮发电机大轴材料45A和35A的S-N曲线进行了测量,并且利用扫描电子显微镜对拉伸和冲击断口进行了观察。结果表明,锻钢45A和35A疲劳极限σ-1都低于0.27(Rp0.2+Rm),因此在选用0.27(Rp0.2+Rm)作为疲劳极限进行计算时安全系数会高于实际值。
Shaft components are subjected to cyclic load during operation, hence their failuremode is mainly fatigue failure. It is very important to study the anti-fatigue performance ofmaterials. In this paper, the S-N curves of 45A and 35A materials for generator shaft weremeasured by rotating bending fatigue testing machine, and the tensile and impact fracture surfaceswere observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the fatigue limits σ-1 of45A and 35A are both lower than 0.27(Rp0.2+Rm), so the safety factor with 0.27(Rp0.2+Rm) asfatigue limit in the calculation.
