摘要
本文对40Cr钢淬火后200℃和550℃回火的两种试样,进行了多种规范的喷丸,然后测定了它们的表面粗糙度和疲劳极限。提出了表面粗糙度引起的应力集中系数的半解析表达式以及疲劳源在表面时疲劳极限的预测方法。
In this paper specimens of 40Cr steel tempered at 200℃ and 550℃ were shot-peened under different conditions. The surface roughness and fatigue limits of peened specimens were measured. A half-analytical expression of stress concentration coefficents due to surface roughness was proposed, and a prediction method of fatigue limits of peened specimens with surface fatigue sources was suggested.
