摘要
对建筑用Si C增强铝基复合材料坯料进行了锻造试验,对锻造前后试样的耐磨损性能和冲击性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:锻造显著提高了试样的耐磨损性能和冲击性能。与锻造前相比,锻造后试样磨损30 min后的磨损体积减小61%,25℃冲击吸收功增大29%,冲击断口表现为以脆性断裂变为韧性断裂为主、脆性断裂为辅的混合断裂。
The forging test was carried out on aluminum-based composite materials, which are used for building and strengthened by SiC. Then the wear resistance and impact property of the specimens were tested and analyzed. The results show that forging can significantly improve the wear resistance and impact property of the specimens. Compared with that of the specimen before forging, the wear volume of the specimen after forging and wearing for 30 min is decreased by 61% ; the impact absorption energy of the specimen after forging and tested at 25% is increased by 29% ; and the impact fracture changes from brittle fracture to the fracture mainly mixed with ductile fracture and supplemented with brittle fracture.
