滤泡状甲状腺肿瘤微血管密度检测及其临床意义的探讨 被引量:2

Microvessel density of follicular thyroid tumors and its clinical implications

摘要 目的检测甲状腺滤泡状肿瘤微血管密度 (microvesseldensity ,MVD) ,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化染色检测 4 0例甲状腺滤泡状腺癌 (follicularthyroidcarcinoma ,FTC)和 2 0例滤泡状腺瘤 (follicularadenoma,FA) ,计算MVD ,分析临床资料 ,进行t检验和 χ2 检验。结果FTC组MVD为 (2 2 8± 91)个 ,FA组MVD为 (15 6± 73)个。两组间差异有显著意义 (t=2 76 3,P <0 0 5 )。FTC组中 ,MVD与肿瘤长径和有无甲状腺外浸润有关 ,而与年龄、性别、颈淋巴结转移和预后无关。结论FTC的MVD高于FA。FTC瘤体的MVD与肿瘤长径和有无甲状腺外浸润有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between microvessel density (MVD) and the clinical features of thyroid follicular tumors. MethodsThe immunohistochemical staining was used to determine MVD in 40 cases of follicular thyroid carcinoma (FTC) and 20 cases of follicular adenoma (FA). Results MVD of FTC(228±91)was significantly higher than that of FA (156±73, t =2 763, P <0 05). In FTC group, MVD was correlated with tumor size, status of extrathyroidal invasion. There was no correlation between MVD and age, agenda, regional lymphadenopathy, and prognosis of the patients. Conclusion MVD in FTC was higher than that in FA. In FTC cases MVD was correlated with the size of the tumor and extrathyroidal invasion status.
