摘要
甲状腺滤泡腺瘤与甲状腺滤泡癌均起源于甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞,二者具有相似的超声影像特征和细胞形态表现,临床鉴别诊断存在困难。随着超声新技术的发展及人工智能辅助诊断系统的应用,为甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤的良恶性鉴别提供了新的研究方向。笔者综述常规超声、超声造影、分子标志物检测及人工智能技术在甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤良恶性鉴别中的研究进展,以期为临床诊断决策提供参考依据。
Both thyroid follicular adenoma and thyroid follicular carcinoma originate from thyroid follicular epithelial cells.They share similar ultrasonic imaging features and cytomorphological manifestations,posing difficulties in clinical differential diagnosis.With the development of new ultrasound technologies and the application of artificial intelligence-assisted diagnostic systems,new research directions have been provided for the differentiation between benign and malignant thyroid follicular tumors.The authors review the research progress of conventional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,molecular marker detection,and artificial intelligence technology in the differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid follicular tumors,in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnostic decision-making.
