摘要
研究了白泥和石灰粉为脱硫剂对电厂烟道气的脱硫效果,结果表明:与石灰粉相比,白泥的脱硫率可提高1.0%~2.5%;以石灰粉作脱硫剂时,吸收塔进口SO_2浓度为900~1 400 mg·Nm^(-3),其脱硫率从95.5%下降到93%;以石灰粉为脱硫剂时,脱硫率始终保持在97%~99%。分析白泥的脱硫效果要优于石灰粉的原因可能有:白泥的粒径小于石灰粉,较大的比表面积更有利于吸收SO_2;白泥的结构较疏松,且含有少量残碱及微量元素。
The desulphurization effect of lime mud and lime powder to flue gas in powder plant was studied. The result indicated that the desulphurization effect of lime mud is better than lime powder, the rate of desulfurization former was 1.0% to 2.5% higher than that of the latter. With the SO2 concentration increased from 900 g Nm-3 to 1 400 mg Nm-3 , the rate of desulfurization decreased from 95.5% to 93%. At the same condition, the rate of desulfurization kept in 97% to 99% with lime mud as desulfurizer. The result may be that the size of lime mud is smaller than lime powder, and the bigger specific surface area makes it absorb SO2 more easily. Besides, lime mud has a loose and porous structure, and there is little alkali and microelement in lime mud. These make the desulfurization effect of lime mud is better than that of lime powder.
