摘要
概述了脱硫废水的来源及水质特点,针对现阶段脱硫废水中重金属、COD、氯离子等污染物质的主要处理技术进行了介绍,总结分析了不同处理技术的原理、适用性以及在实际运行时存在的问题,并列举了已在运行中的脱硫废水零排放案例。针对不同技术存在的缺陷,展望了未来燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放处理技术待拓展的方向,即实行预处理一体化,减少运行成本;开发新型膜材料,提高脱硫废水深度处理阶段的效率。为燃煤电厂脱硫废水去除技术的选择设计提供思路。
This article summarizes the source and water quality characteristics of desulfurization wastewater, and introduces the main treatment technologies for heavy metals, COD,chloride ions and other pollutants in desulfurization wastewater at this stage.The basic reviews and analyzsis the principles, applicability and problems of different processing technologies in actual operation, lists cases of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater that are already in operation.In view of the shortcomings of different technologies, the future direction of zero discharge treatment technology for desulfurization wastewater of coal-fired power plants is expected to be expanded, that is, the implementation of pretreatment integration to reduce operating costs;the development of new membrane materials to improve the efficiency of the advanced treatment stage of desulfurization wastewater.In order to provide ideas for the selection and design of desulfurization wastewater removal technology for coal-fired power plants.
