摘要
在分析纯碱厂生产废渣、新型湿法脱硫剂——"白泥"的化学成分的基础上,首次尝试测试"白泥"脱硫反应的活性。实验室与现场试验结果表明,"白泥"作为湿法脱硫系统的脱硫剂完全可行,并针对其成分与物理性质特点,以及活性MgO含量对脱硫活性反应的促进作用,提出了测试"白泥"脱硫活性的修正方案。
On the basis of analyzing chemical constituents of waste residue from soda plants and the new-type wet desulfurizer—soda residue,activity of soda residue desulfurization is tried to be tested for the first time.The results from lab tests and field test indicate that the soda residue can be used as desulfurizer in wet desulfurization system.Furthermore,a modified plan for test of desulfurization activity of soda residue is proposed in the light of constituents of soda residue,characteristics of its physical properties and promoting effect of active MgO on desulfurization activity.
