对中医专业学位研究生临床带教的问题分析与对策研究 被引量:3

The Analysis and Strategies Dealing with the Problems of Clinical Teaching of the Professional Degree Students with Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 临床带教作为影响中医专业学位研究生临床能力的关键环节,是临床教学管理的重点。虽然已尝试将多种教学手段、激励机制应用其中,也取得了一定成效,但仍存在不少问题,包括各科室带教水平差异明显、带教形式不够丰富、中医临床思维训练的效果不理想等。针对以上问题,笔者提出了几点建议:1创建"双师型"教师队伍,规范临床教学管理;2加大新型教学模式的宣传力度,注重学生的参与性;3强化意识,开放思维,努力培养学生的中医临床思维能力。 Clinical teaching a is a key link in the training of clinical ability of the students who have professional degree of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and which is also the core concern of the clinical teaching management. We have tried many methods to improve clinical teaching quality such as economic incentives, which get some good results. But there are still many problems existing, such as uneven levels, boring teaching methods, and unsatisfactory effect about the training of clinical thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc. To deal with the problems above, I give some advises: Firstly, set up "double qualified teacher" teams, and standardize the management of clinical teaching; Secondly, enlarge the propaganda of new teaching methods, and pay attention to the participation of the students; Thirdly, use a variety of ways to raise the ability of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese Medicine.
