摘要
前已报道黑木耳多糖具有多种生物活性和药理作用,如促进核酸、蛋白质生物合成和免疫功能,抗衰老、防治心血管疾病和细胞保护作用等,本文报道其抗生育作用。
AAP had a prominent effect of preventing implantation (PI) and terminating early pregnancy (TEP) and mid-pregnancy (MP) of mice. With a dose of ip 8.25 mg/kg, the antifertility rates for PI, TEP and MP were 93%, 81% and 73% respectively. But it could not prevent the transport of ova. The best route of administration was intraperitoneal injection. No effect was shown by oral administration. The optimal technique for sterilization of AAP was intermittent sterilization. The activities were partially destroyed by autoclave high temperature.
