摘要
乌鸡为药食两用的滋补佳品,乌鸡体内的黑色素具有清除体内自由基、抗氧化、提高免疫力、防紫外线、延缓衰老等多种生物学活性和生理功能。通过阐述乌鸡黑色素的提取方法及其应用现状与发展前景,以期为乌鸡黑色素方面的相关研究提供参考。
Black bone chicken is a kind of tonic food for both medicine and food, chicken body melanin has free radical scav-enging, antioxidant, improving immunity, anti ultraviolet, delay activity and physiological function of aging and other biologi-cal , this paper describes the method of extracting melanin of black bone chicken and its current application situation and de-velopment prospect, to provide reference for the related research of the black chicken pigment.
