摘要 应用元素分析、电子能谱(XIS)和红外光谱(IP)原于吸收光谱,极谱等分析技术对乌骨鸡体内黑素结构特征及某些微量元素含量进行了研究。应用诱变试验中的大肠杆菌致突变试验和SOS显色法对乌鸡黑素的抑制突变作用进行了研究.结果表明黑素分子中C,H,N,O克原子比率的均值为10:12:1:3。S有两种价态(S+6,S+2),其中以低价态占优势。S2P电子结合能比人发黑素要大些。N原子只有一种价态。见光谱中以主要表征吲哚环的1619~1623cm-1处的吸收峰最强。初步表明乌骨鸡黑素是以吲哚环为主体的异聚物.黑素中Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Co,Mo,Ni等7种人体必需的微量元素含量高于乌鸡体内任何部位,表明黑素对微量元素有富集作用。抗诱变试验结果表明乌鸡黑素具有抗诱变作用。 The melanin was isolated from three strains of white silky fowls, and their basicstructural characteristics were investigated by means of element analysis, X--ray photoelectronspectroscopy,IR Spectroscopy, seven kinds or trace elements were also measured by means ofatomic absorption spectrophotmetry and polarogiaphy. The results showed the average gramatomic ratios of C:H:N:O was 10:12:1:3.There were two valence states of sulfur (S and S), andS occupied a dominant position, there was only one valence state for nitrogen In the IR spectra,the maximum absorbance lay between 1619-- 163cm-1, which revealed that the melanin were irregular high--polymers consisting of indole structure.The contents of Cu Fe, Mn, Co, Moaam Ni in melanin were highet than in any part of a silk fowl's body, which indicated thatthe melanin was able to enrich more essential microelements desmutagnic action had beenfound in melanin in the experiment.
