摘要
目的观察美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效及其对血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法将124例UC患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组62例,对照组应用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后临床症状评分、结肠炎症评分、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、IL-10以及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率显著提高(93.55%vs80.65%,P<0.05);治疗后两组临床症状评分以及结肠炎症评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);与对照组两者比较,治疗组治疗后上述观察指标降低更加显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10以及TNF-α水平明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组上述血清炎性因子水平降低更加显著(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗UC患者可以取得确切的临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状以及炎症反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Mesalazine combined with Bifidobacterium triplex live bacteria in the treatment ulcerative colitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors. Methods 124 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,62 eases in each group.The control group was treated with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Bifidobacterium triplex live bacteria capsule on the bases of treatment of the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the clinical symptom score,colitis score,the serum hs-CRP and IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly increased（93.55% vs 80.65%,P 〈0.05）.After treatment,the clinical symptom score and colitis score of the two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment（P 〈 0.05）.Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom score and colitis score of the treatment was decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the serum hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF- levels of the two groups were significantly decreased（P 〈0.05）.Compared with the control group after treatment,the serum inflammatory factor levels of the treatment group decreased more（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mesalazine combined with Bifidobacterium triplex live bacteria in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can obtain the exact clinical efficacy,relieve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and decrease inflammatory response.
