某台1000MW超超临界锅炉S30432高过管爆管原因分析 被引量:3

Burst Cause Analysis on S30432 Steel of Final-stage Superheater Tube for 1000 MW Ultra-supercritical Boiler

摘要 通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、爆口形貌观察和能谱成分分析等方法,对某台1000 MW超超临界锅炉S30432高过管子爆漏的原因进行分析。结果表明:S30432高过爆管的失效类型属于长时过热。 By macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test, metallographic examination, cracking-off morphology observation and energy spectrum component analysis methods, the reasons for the leakages of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler S30432 superheater pipe were analyzed. The results show that the failure mode of S30432 superheater pipe belongs to long-term overheating.
