摘要
对国产和进口S30432钢的微观组织以及夹杂物的形态进行对比,研究了高温条件下S30432钢的力学性能及高温拉伸后该材料显微结构。结果表明:国产S30432钢管的杂质元素和非金属夹杂物含量、晶粒度控制良好;S30432钢的高温抗拉强度随温度的升高而降低,但其屈服强度在600~700℃出现波动,700℃时屈服强度略高于600℃。通过对拉断后试样的显微组织分析可知,在700℃时析出了更多弥散分布的强化相,其阻碍了位错的运动。
The microstructure of domestic and imported S30432 steel was analyzed, and the mechanical properties were also investigated at different temperatures. The results indicate that the content of the impurity elements and non-metallic inclusion is well controlled in S30432 steel; the tensile strength decreases with increasing temperature, but yield strength between 600%-700℃ fluctuations. The fracture specimen microstructure show that the precipitation at 700 ℃ dispersed more strengthening phase, which may hinder the dislocation movement.
