摘要
针对用于ITER(International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor)的316L(N)型奥氏体不锈钢,研究分析了其中形成的σ相的特征、相形成过程、检测方法以及对性能的影响,以加深基础研究工作者和工程技术人员对σ相的了解,促进316L(N)生产工艺的完善和产品质量的进一步提高。结合相关研究的最新进展,展望了今后的研究及发展趋势。
To further understand the σ phases for researcher and engineer, to improve the manufacturing technique of 316L(N) and to advance the product quality, the character, establishment and test method of the precipitated phase , the influence of the a phase on performance was also researched based on the 316L (N) style austenitic stainless steel used in ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor). Besides, the perspective on development of σ in stainless steel was given combined with latest research progress.
