摘要
以废弃的甘蔗皮作为原材料,在476℃下炭化制备活性炭,以空气为载气的氛围中用SHMADZU DTG-60差热热重分析仪得到甘蔗皮的最佳热解温度为476℃。通过单因素试验探讨炭化甘蔗皮对铜离子Cu2+吸附的特点,结果表明,在初始浓度为160mg/L,投炭量为1g,温度为25℃的情况下反应1h,炭化甘蔗皮对Cu2+吸附效果最好,此时去除率高达97.27%。该吸附更满足Langmuir等温式,拟合参数高达0.986;准二级动力学更好地描述了该过程,拟合参数均大于0.998,以内扩散为主。
Used the abandoned sugarcane skin as a raw material,the activated carbon was prepared by direct carbonization process under 476℃.The best pyrolysis temperature of sugarcane skin was at 476℃and obtained by SHMADZU DTG-60 differential thermal-thermogravimetric analyzer.Through single factor experiment to explore the characteristics of carbonized sugarcane skin for copper ion adsorption.The results showed that when the initial concentration of 160mg/L,the carbon content of 1g,pH 4.5and temperature of 25℃reaction 1hthe adsorption effect of copper ion on the carbonized sugarcane skin was the best.At this moment the removal rate reached highest of 97.27%.The adsorption was more satisfied with Langmuir isotherm,fitting parameters was up to 0.986.Quasi secondary dynamics described the process better,fitting parameters were greater than 0.998,it was internal diffusion.
