配煤种类对活性炭孔隙结构的影响 被引量:5

Effect of blending coal types on pore structure of activated carbon

摘要 以太西无烟煤为主要原料、不粘煤和焦煤为辅料,按照不同配比制备活性炭的实验表明,单独配用不粘煤时,中孔结构发育不明显,样品强度较低,亚甲蓝吸附值提高不大;配用不粘煤与焦煤后,活性炭的亚甲蓝吸附值与强度有了明显提高;从孔径分布看,添加不粘煤与焦煤有助于4.0~20 nm范围内的中孔结构发育。 The activated carbon was prepared using Taixi anthracite as the main raw material; non-caking coal and coking coal as the accessory materials with variety of content ratio.According to the experimental results,when the non-caking coal was used as the only accessory material, the mesoporous structurewas not well developed,the intensity of the sample was low and the adsorption of the methylene blue is barely improved;when the non-coking coal and the coking coal were used as co-accessory materials,the adsorption of methylene blue and the intensity of the activated carbon were both dramatically improved.From the pore size distribution aspect,the addition of non-coking coal and coking coal contributed to the development of f 4.0 ~ 20 nm mesoporous structure.
