摘要
在教育教学改革飞速发展的现代化社会大环境下,高校具有先进的高层次人才团队和先进的技术研发团队,如何将跨领域、多领域、通领域的高端人才与技术进行转化力整合,将有利于促进科研成果转化力的实现,最终的科研成果是要以社会生产力的需求来体现价值,用科技手段服务于社会的多重表现形式之一。目前而言,各高校科技成果转化率较低,研发与社会需求难以对接,就科研成果对接与研发整合与孵化过程的培育可以有效促进成果转化成功率。
