摘要
针对阳光公司 3#、4 #锅炉燃烧系统在运行中存在飞灰可燃物偏高 ,再热器受热面超温 ,炉内结焦等问题。通过对 3#、4 #炉的燃烧系统多次调整 ,总结和分析出燃用无烟煤的中储式热风送粉“W”型火焰锅炉的调整规律。
This papar makes combustion system of Yangguan company-number 3 and 4 boiler which is equipped ball mill pulverizer and middle with hot air routing coal powder.The system operation has high carbon content in preyed ash,high temperature with reheater and scorch in furnace.The important experiment of combustion adjustment had been done in this system,then we analyse and sum up the principle when anthracite is used in this system.
