摘要
针对某1 025 t/h W型火焰锅炉过热器超温、火焰稳定性差等问题,建立了冷态试验台,对炉内流动状况进行了模化试验。利用FLUENT软件对炉内一、二次风配比进行了数值模拟计算,阐明了不同配风方式对W型火焰锅炉炉内流场的影响。
Aiming at the problems encountered by a 1 025 t/h W-shape flame boiler, such as superheater overheating and poor flame stability etc. , simulation tests on flow characteristics in the furnace were carried out on a cold state test rig. By numerically simulating the distribution ratio of primary to secondary air with software FLUENT, the influence of different air distribution modes on flow characteristics in the furnace of W-shape flame boilers is then obtained.
