摘要
对国内已投运的10 台300 MW 容量级W火焰双拱锅炉燃用无烟煤及贫煤的燃烧效果作了调查研究。这10 台炉分别由世界上4 家W 火焰锅炉主要制造厂商设计供货或利用其专利制造,取得了较好的运行实绩,但炉型设计未臻完善成熟。为提高燃烬度及避免局部结渣,在炉膛容积形状及燃烧器型式布置上应予斟酌;煤粉细度和风煤分配问题也需改善。文中给出了优化设计的推荐意见和其合理的未燃碳损失及最低稳燃负荷率与常规燃烧方式的比较。
There are about 10 sets of 300 MW class, anthracite and lean coal fired W?flame double arch boilers now in operation in China. These 10 sets of boilers were designed and supplide separately by four main W?flame boiler manufacturers in world or manufactured using their patents. Recently survey and study on combustion effect of burning anthracite and lean coals were conducted. It was considered that all these boilers achieved better operation results. However, there are still several problems needing to be discussed, improved and solved, such as the design of boiler configuration is not quite perfect and mature; for raising burnt rate of coal and avoiding local slagging, the furnace volume and configuration, and the burner types and layouts need to be deliberated; the fineness of pulverized coal and ratio of air and coal etc. problems need to be improved too. This article gives the suggestions of optimized design, and the comparisons of rational unburnt coal loss and minimum stable combustion load rate between W?flame boiler and conventional combustion modes.
