摘要
在国家推进"互联网+"的新形势下,不仅推动了医疗服务方式的创新,同时也带来了支付方式的发展与创新。乌海市以此为契机提出了"互联网+健康乌海"战略规划,并在全市公立医院大力推进区域诊疗"一卡通"平台项目。通过与医疗卫生、医保、金融等系统实时对接,实现数据交换与共享,实现一卡通的扩展应用,实现预交金通存通用。尝试通过提出乌海市居民诊疗一卡通建设情况,对实行统一结算支付模式的特点及优势成效进行探讨,以期为医疗结算支付系统的完善提供参考。
Under the new promotion of ＂Internet ＋＂ policies in China, the innovation of medical service mode has beeng promoted, and so has the development and innovation of mobile payment. Taking these as an opportunity, Wuhai put forward the strategic plan of ＂Intemet ＋healthy Wuhai＂ , and promote regional medical ＂one card＂ platform project vigorously in the city＇s public hospitals. Through real-time docking with the systems like： medical, medical insurance, and finance as well as other systems, to realize the purpose of data exchange and sharing, to expand the application of the smart card, to prepaid deposit through the general implementation. This article attempts to put forward the current situation of regional medical ＂one card＂ platform project, and then discusses the characteristics and advantages of making use of the Wisdom Unified Settlement ＆ Payment Platform, so as to provide reference for the perfection of the medical settlement ＆ payment system.
