摘要
阐述了医院"一卡通"系统开发的背景和现状,详细介绍了医院"一卡通"系统的设计思路以及主要功能的设计与实现。利用"市民一卡通"(简称"市民卡")平台,依托HIS,建立医院"一卡通"系统。此系统的建立,优化了就诊流程、规范了医疗管理和收费行为、改善了就医环境、提高了服务水平和工作效率,拓展了"市民卡"的应用领域,实现同城医院间的信息共享,为患者提供更多优质服务、支付手段和信息查询方法。
It expatriates the development background and current status of hospital＇ s All-in-One card system, and introduces the design thought and design as well as realization of main function of hospital＇ s All-in-One system in details. Making use of ＂Citizen All-in-One Card＂ （Citizen Card for short） platform and relying on HIS, it sets up the hospital＇ s All-in-One system. Because of the establishment, it optimizes the visiting process, standardizes the medical management and charge behavior, improves the hospital environment, enhances the service level and working efficiency, explores the application area of Citizen Card, and realizes the information sharing among hospitals in the same city, which provides more good services, payment means, and information inquiry methods for patients.
