摘要
职业教育教学改革的成功取决于科学的教育教学研究,好的职业教育教学研究要有清晰界定的具体教育教学问题,通过对问题产生的原因分析,确定研究对象、研究过程、研究阶段性目标、研究方法和研究手段。通过细致的教育教学改革实践,通过对学生学习行为变化的细致观察及评价,确定研究的成果及成效,指导新一轮的职业教育教学改革实践。通过教育教学研究可以提高教师课程建设的能力和教学能力,是教师职业成长的重要平台。
The paper contends that the success of vocational education innovation depends upon the scientific teaching research on vocational education. The better teaching research on vocational education has its distinct teaching research target, definite research object, clear research process, designed stage object of study, appropriate research method and means. The teacher defines his research achievement and effect by applying his research in his teaching so as to guide the next round of teaching innovation in vocational education. The author of the paper argues that the educational and teaching research will improve teachers' ability in curriculum construction and teaching, which is of great importance for vocational college teachers in their professional careers.
