呼吸流量换能器在呼吸系统机能实验中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的对呼吸流量换能器与传统呼吸运动记录方法进行对比分析。方法采用BL-420E生物信号采集系统,对分别用3种方法 (呼吸流量换能器、剑突固定法、腹带法)获得的各种因素(吸入CO_2、增大无效腔、注射乳酸、剪断迷走神经)干预呼吸后的呼吸曲线进行对比分析。结果给予各项干预因素后,3种方法记录的呼吸曲线幅度都较正常呼吸曲线幅度有所增大,但呼吸流量换能器所记录的呼吸曲线幅度要显著大于传统方法 (剑突固定法及腹带法)所记录的呼吸曲线幅度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流量换能器测得各种因素干预后的呼吸曲线幅度的可靠性及精确性显著高于传统呼吸运动记录方法。 Objective Comparatively analyze respiratory flow transducer and traditional respiratory recording movement. Methods By interfering the respiratory movement with several factors( increase the CO_2 concentration of inspiration,enlarge the dead space,inject lactic acid and cut the vagus nerve) the respiratory traces were recorded and analyzed after interfering by respiratory flow transducer,xiphoid fixation and abdominal bandage fixation methods. Results The respiratory amplitude recorded by respiratory flow transducer were significantly larger than that by xiphoid fixation and abdominal bandage fixation methods after interfering( P 0. 05).Conclusion The stability,reliability and accuracy of respiratory curve recorded by respiratory flow transducer are better than that by traditional respiratory recording methods.
