青年教师如何提高儿科见习课的板书教学能力

摘要 青年教师是新生的教学力量,因其缺乏教学技能的培训及教学实践,教学能力和经验相对不足,提高青年教师的教学能力很有必要。板书是重要的教学技能之一,是教师的基本功,是教师教学水平的体现,提高青年教师教学能力需要提高板书教学能力。板书教学适用范围广,可以随时随地开展,容易实现且便捷,在见习课上具有不可替代的作用。儿科学是一门特殊的临床医学课程,见习课对理论知识的理解和吸收极其重要,是理论课的重要补充和实践,是临床教学中不可缺少的部分,本文结合儿科见习课实际,旨在探讨青年教师如何提高板书教学这一基本能力。 Young teachers are the new teaching force.It is necessary toimprove the teaching ability of young teachers because their teaching ability and experience is relatively insufficient caused by lacking of teaching skills training and teaching practice.Blackboard writing is one of the important and basic teaching skills of teachers,it stands for the teaching level of teachers.Blackboard writing teaching has a wide range of application,and can be carried out anytime and anywhere.It is easy to use,it plays an irreplaceable role in the probation class.Pediatrics is a special clinical medicine course and probation class is an important supplement to the theory,it is an indispensable part in clinical teaching.This paper aims to discuss how to improve the basic ability of blackboard teaching for young teachers.
