摘要 目的探讨红外光谱分析检测胆囊结石的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取223例胆囊结石标本,全部采用第二代智能结石分析仪进行结石成分分析。结果 222份标本可检出结石成分,1份标本未检测出结石成分,在检出结石成分的标本中,含钙的有165例,不含钙的57例,含胆固醇的170例,不含胆固醇的52例。单一成分的93例,2种成分的117例,3种成分的12例。检测结果不仅分析出胆囊结石的结石成分,而且还可同时提供饮食指导及防治措施。结论胆囊结石的红外光谱分析,可以自动、准确、快捷地为临床提供个体化的结石防治措施,对胆囊结石的诊断、治疗和预防有一定的帮助,值得推广和常规使用。 【Objective】To explore the clinical value of infrared spectroscopy in analyzing the composition of gallstones.【Methods】We collected 223 samples of gallstones randomly,all stones were analyzed by the second-generation Automatic Analysis System of Infrared Spectroscopy.【Results】The stone composition was checked out in 222 specimens,which was not detected in 1 specimen.In the specimens in which calculi ingredient was detected,165 cases contained calcium,57 cases didn't contain calcium,cholesterol was found in 170 cases,and 52 cases was cholesterol-free.There were 93 cases with single component,117 cases with 2 components,and 12 cases with 3 components.The gallbladder stone analysis not only determined the stone composition but also provided reasonable preventive and dietary guidance.【Conclusion】The gallbladder stone infrared spectrum analysis,which can provide individualized clinical prevention and control measures for calculi automatically,accurately and quickly,is helpful for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of gallbladder stone,so it is worthy of promotion and regular use.
