摘要
采用X线衍射分析方法对11例胆固醇类和7例胆色素类结石的结晶成分进行测定。发现两类结石结晶程度明显不同,化合物含量有显著差别。胆固醇类结石根据胆固醇的含量分为两种类型。通过所得结果对胆结石的成因进行了讨论。
Eleven cholesterol and 7 pigment stones from cholelithiasis were studied by X-ray diffraction.The evident difference was found in the crystalline constituents such as calcium bilitubinate, calcium palmitate and total calcium salts of the two kinds of stones. Cholesterol gallstones could be divided into two types according to the amount of cholesterol in the stones.
