摘要
振动筛是近些年来全国各洗煤厂对物料进行筛分,以及对选后产品进行脱水与脱介的必要机械设备之一。通常使用一、二次隔振以减少其工作时对地基的动负荷及其所产生的噪音。普通一次隔振振动筛的隔振装置可以减小其带给地基振动的85%~90%,二次隔振振动筛的隔振效果甚至可以达到90%~95%。反共振机械因为有其独特的反共振原理,可以很好地满足系统对振动频率、幅值的要求,并减少对地基的损害以及工作噪声。反共振振动机械在工作时传给基础的动负荷,可以比普通一次隔振振动筛减小大约57%,甚至比一般的二次隔振振动筛还要小。
In recent years, vibrating sieve has been widely used in coal preparation plants to sieve materials and it is also one of necessary machines for dehydration and medium-removing for the selected materials. Under normal conditions, one-stage and two-stage vibration isolation are used to reduce the dynamic load of the machine on its foundation and reduce the noise. The vibra- ting sieve of the one-stage vibration isolation could reduce the vibration by 85~90~ and the two-stage vibration isolation could reduce by 90%~95~. With its unique anti-resonant vibration theory, the anti-resonant vibration machine could satisfy the requirement of the vibration fre- quency and amplitude of the system and reduce its damage and noise. When the machine is working, the dynamic load of the anti-resonant vibration machine is about 57% smaller than that of the one-stage vibration isolation, even smaller than that of the two-stage vibration isolation.
