火电厂煤粉浓度监测装置的设计与研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于微波法在线测量煤粉浓度的原理,设计火电厂煤粉浓度监测装置。在某电厂现场搭建实验平台进行数据检测,将该装置测得的煤粉浓度与取样筛分得到的煤粉浓度进行比较,二者吻合度极高,并且所测煤粉浓度误差被控制在5%以内。 Through having the microwave method based to on-line measure coal powder concentration,a coal powder concentration monitoring device was designed. Building an experimental platform at a thermal power plant to carry out data detection and comparing the coal powder concentration detected with the data sampled prove their high goodness of fit and the error of coal powder concentration is kept within 5%.
