摘要
在对DH-600型螺旋筛面旋振筛设备的工作原理进行概述的基础上,分析了利用UG和EDEM软件建立仿真模型的过程,利用构建的仿真模型进行分析对比,明确最优的工艺及结构参数,筛分效率最大可以达到98.736%。将参数优化后的设备应用到选煤工程中,经过三个月时间的实践应用,发现新设备的运行过程非常稳定可靠,筛分效率与原设备相比较有了一定程度的提升,可以为选煤企业创造良好的社会效益和安全效益。
Based on the overview of the working principle of DH-600 spiral sieve rotary vibrating screen equipment,the process of establishing simulation model by using UG and EDEM software is analysed,and the constructed simulation model is analysed and compared to clarify the optimal process and structural parameters,and the maximum screening efficiency can reach 98.736%.The optimised equipment was applied to the coal processing project,and after three months of practical application,it was found that the operation process of the new equipment was very stable and reliable,and the screening efficiency was improved to a certain extent compared with the original equipment,which can create good social and safety benefits for the coal processing enterprises.
