摘要
目的研究门诊预约对门诊管理及医院整体的影响。方法从2016年4月起对我院门诊进行预约制度,比较门诊预约实行前后患者就诊满意度、平均挂号时间,并分析预约门诊对医院整体管理的影响。结果门诊预约实施后,患者平均挂号时间比门诊预约前缩短,且就诊满意度大幅度上升,前后数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊预约不仅可以有效缩短患者挂号时间,提高患者就诊满意度,而且提升了医院的整体服务水平。
Objective To study the influence of outpatient appointment on outpatient management and overall hospital. Methods Since April 2016, we have made an appointment system in our hospital, the outpatient satisfaction and the average registration time before and after the appointment were compared, and the influence of appointment clinic on the overall management of the hospital was analyzed. Results After the appointment of outpatient service, the average registered time of patients was significantly shorter than that before the appointment, and the satisfaction of patients increased significantly. The data before and after the visit were significantly different, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Outpatient appointment not only can effectively shorten the registration time of patients, improve the satisfaction degree of patients, but also improve the overall service level of the hospital.
