摘要
目的研究门诊预约对门诊及医院综合管理的影响。方法通过普查研究我院在实行门诊预约的2015年7月—2016年6月的月平均门诊挂号量、患者需等待时间和患者就诊满意度,并与未实行门诊预约的前1年相同指标进行对比,从而分析门诊预约对门诊管理与医院整体管理的影响。结果在进行门诊预约优化后,预约挂号患者数量有增加(P<0.05),门诊的总人数也随着预约率的上升而提高,且患者的挂号等待时间明显缩短,就诊满意率提高(P<0.05)。结论通过对门诊预约进行优化能有效的优化门诊中的服务管理,医院的管理水平也随之提高,患者对医院的满意度有相应提高,是改善提高门诊及医院综合水平的要点之一。
Objective To study the influence of outpatient appointment on outpatient and hospital comprehensive management. Methods Through survey of our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 outpatient appointment the average monthly amount of outpatient registration, patient waiting time and patient satisfaction, and not the implementation of 1 years before the appointment the same indicators were compared, so as to analyze the influence on the overall management of outpatient and hospital outpatient management. Results After the outpatient appointment optimization, the number of registered patients increased (P〈0.05). The total number of outpatients also increased with the increase of reservation rate, and the waiting time of patients was obviously shortened, and the satisfaction rate of patients was improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion Through the optimization of outpatient reservation, it can effectively optimize the outpatient service management, and the management level of the hospital will be improved accordingly, patients' satisfaction with the hospital has increased correspondingly, and it is one of the key points to improve the comprehensive level of outpatient and hospital.
