摘要
自然保护区与周边社区的关系一直是影响保护管理成效,体现人与自然和谐程度,反映生态文明建设水平的重要方面。文章以云南乌蒙山国家级自然保护区为例,对自然保护区与社区发展的关系进行了分析,从绿色发展的视角,提出保护区社区实施绿色发展的对策措施,如扭转自然资源低及利用方式,改善基础设施条件,促进社区产业结构升级,加大科研支持力度等,以扭转自然保护区及其周边地区"生态良好"与"经济贫困"的不和谐状况,促进生态文明建设。
The relationship between nature reserve and surrounding communities has played an important role in effective protection and management, harmony between human and nature, and ecological civiliza- tion construction. The case study of Wumengshan National Nature Reserve analyzed the relationship be- tween nature reserve and surrounding communities, put forward countermeasures from the perspective of green development to transform the ways of resources utilization, improve the infrastructure, upgrade the industrial structure, increase the support for scientific research, by which the contradiction between good ecological environment and undeveloped economy of nature reserve and surrounding communities would been minimized, and the ecological civilization construction would been promoted.
